Plenary Debates of the Parliament of Finland as Linked Open Data and in Parla-CLARIN Markup

This corpus contains plenary debates of the Parliament of Finland from 1907 to the present. The data, totaling over 900 000 speeches, with automatically created semantic annotations and rich ontology-based metadata, are published in a Linked Open Data Service and are used via a SPARQL API and as data dumps.

The SEMPARL project ends in 12/2022 after which the dataset will be published with CC BY 4.0 license.

Data size and format: 2,9 GB (RDF, speech data), 2 GB (XML, speech data), 237 MB (RDF, members of parliament data).
